25th Anniversary Appeal “Cultivating a Legacy” This year, the Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens is celebrating its 25th Anniversary and in recognition is embarking on a major fundraising campaign to ensure the Historic Gardens will continue to flourish for the next 25 years and beyond. The 25th Anniversary Appeal has a fundraising goal of one million dollars to eliminate the accumulated deficit, stabilize operations and continue the development and enhancement of the Historic Gardens. (PDF)  To date, we have raised 27% of our one million dollar goal.The Annapolis Royal Historic Gardens is a non-profit, charitable organization. Donations to the Society qualify for a tax receipt as a charitable donation. Donations to the Society are put toward general maintenance and development of the Gardens. Donated funds are sometimes used for special undertakings, and where possible we place a significant sum of donated funds into our Endowment Fund to provide a secure future for the Gardens.
